1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, platform, service or deliverable provided by Ceazy Technologies (“Ceazy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, please do not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, clients, partners, visitors, and other persons who interact with our services or platforms, whether or not you have a formal account. We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Definitions

To promote clarity and uniform understanding throughout this document, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• “Services” means all professional, technical, digital, creative or interactive features, deliverables, products or support offered by Ceazy, including but not limited to Roblox building/animation/scripting/UI design commissions, full-stack Roblox game development, web development, Discord bot development, Discord server setup and customization, graphic design (GFX), and other related services.

• “Commission” means a custom service or project ordered from Ceazy under a quote/agreement with a client.

• “Giveaway Reward” means any credit, product credit, free commission or similar benefit awarded as part of a giveaway (including mutual giveaways, sponsored giveaways and our own giveaways).

• “Partnership” means any collaboration or affiliation between Ceazy and a third-party server, community, organisation or project, as per our Partnership Policy.

• “You”, “Your” means you as an individual or entity interacting with Ceazy, including as a client, partner, participant in giveaways or a visitor to our service platforms.

  
  

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or, if you are acting on behalf of an entity, that you have the requisite authority to bind such entity. You must ensure that all information you provide to us is true, complete and up-to-date.

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to bind that person or organisation.

4. Services, Orders & Commissions

4.1 Order Process & Payment Terms

When you order a commission from Ceazy, the following payment structure applies:

• 50% upfront payment before work begins.

• 50% final payment upon project completion (as defined in the quote/planning stage).

This two-part payment system applies only to commissions.
For all other Ceazy services or items — including products, sponsored giveaways, advertisements or similar one-time transactions — payment is due in full and upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.

The deadline for delivery and the total price will be set in the project planning phase and agreed before work begins. Ceazy does not publish set prices in a fixed price list for all scenarios; each quote is custom-based on the scope and complexity of the project.

By placing an order you accept this payment structure and acknowledge that work will commence only after the required payment is received.

4.2 Delivery & Acceptance

Ceazy will deliver the work as per the agreed deliverables and deadline. Upon completion, you will be asked to make the final payment. Once you have approved and accepted the work, and final payment is received, the project is considered complete.

If you request changes beyond the agreed scope, additional charges or extended deadlines may apply (to be agreed in writing). We aim to deliver high-quality work, but you acknowledge that minor revisions or change requests may incur additional cost/time.

Ceazy is not responsible for delays caused by your late responses, change in scope, incomplete brief or other client-side issues.

5. Giveaway Reward Claiming Policy

If you receive a Giveaway Reward (Store Credit, Product Credit or free commission) from Ceazy — including mutual, sponsored, or internal giveaways — you acknowledge and agree that:

• After selecting a product or service to redeem your reward, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process your redemption.

• Store Credit rewards can generally be used only on existing products listed in our product catalog. If you wish to use your Store Credit for a commission instead, please open a support ticket to confirm whether this is possible.

• The reward must be redeemed within 14 days from the end of the giveaway. After this period, the reward will expire automatically and cannot be reclaimed.

• If you choose a free commission or other service equivalent to the credit value, the Commission Policy (Section 4) applies.

• Ceazy reserves the right to reject or adjust the redemption if the chosen item or service exceeds the credit value or falls outside the reward’s eligibility.

Mutual or sponsored giveaways shared in our server are not directly covered by Ceazy. These giveaways are organised by other servers as part of mutual or sponsored agreements, and their rewards are covered by the hosting servers, not by Ceazy.

If it is a mutual giveaway, you can most likely find a giveaway (covered by Ceazy) hosted in the partnering server.

6. Partnership Policy

6.1 Partnership Overview

Ceazy Technologies (“Ceazy”) may establish partnerships with other communities, organizations, or servers that align with our values and goals. Partnerships are meant to encourage collaboration, visibility, and mutual growth between Ceazy and approved partners.

Partnerships are not guaranteed and remain at the discretion of Ceazy’s management. We reserve the right to reject, revoke, or modify a partnership at any time if we believe the partner community no longer aligns with our standards, violates the Terms of Service, or damages Ceazy’s reputation.

6.2 Requirements

To qualify for a partnership with Ceazy, your community or organization must:

• Adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as all applicable platform rules.

• Maintain an active, safe, and professional environment (no NSFW, hate speech, scams, or harassment).

• Display Ceazy’s partnership listing or link in a visible location agreed upon during the partnership setup.

• Not engage in misleading practices, impersonation, or misrepresentation of Ceazy or its affiliates.

  
  

6.3 Partnership Rights & Responsibilities

By entering a partnership with Ceazy, you agree to the following:

• Ceazy does not assign or send a representative (e.g., marketer or staff member) to manage or oversee your community.

• Ceazy reserves the right to remove your partnership listing or terminate the partnership if our link, post, or listing is removed without notice or proper cause.

• Partner servers or communities found in violation of platform or Ceazy policies may have their partnership revoked immediately.

• You may promote the partnership using Ceazy’s official branding only if provided explicit written permission.

• Partnership-related disputes or concerns should be directed to Ceazy management through official support channels.

  
  

6.4 Partnership Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason. If the partnership is terminated by Ceazy due to rule violations or removal of links, the partner may be blacklisted from future partnerships.

7. Advertising Policy

By advertising or promoting your server, product, service or link in association with Ceazy or as part of a partnership, you agree to the following:

• Advertising of servers or material that is NSFW, scam-related, self-harm oriented or in violation of the platform’s Terms of Service is strictly prohibited.

• All advertisements must be presented in a clear, readable, and honest format.

• Trolling, joke advertisements, misleading ads, or fake/non-existent services are strictly prohibited.

• The advertised server, service, or product must be real, functional, and legitimately offered.

• If you advertise or promote prohibited or misleading content, you and your server/community will be permanently blacklisted by Ceazy.

• Ceazy reserves the right to refuse, suspend or revoke advertising privileges at its sole discretion, without refund, if advertising terms are breached.

  
  

8. Sponsorship Policy

When you sponsor a giveaway or campaign with Ceazy, the following apply:

• Sponsorship pricing, duration and terms are provided in our Discord server or other official channel. These terms will not be changed once payment is made.

• You may change the provided server invite link (if required) as long as the server does not violate the platform’s Terms of Service. Changing the invite will not restart the giveaway period.

• Ceazy reserves the right to discontinue a giveaway or sponsorship if the linked server is found to violate platform rules or is determined to be a scam. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  
  

9. Booster Policy

This policy applies to all members who actively boost the Ceazy Discord server and receive booster-related perks.

9.1 Booster Perks

Active boosters may receive perks including, but not limited to:

• Access to a booster-only advertising channel

• A 5% discount on Ceazy services only
  (This discount does not apply to products, store items, or one-time purchases.)

• Access to exclusive booster channels

Perks may change over time at Ceazy’s discretion.

9.2 Booster Advertising Rules

When advertising in booster-exclusive channels:

• All advertisements must be in a clear, structured, and readable format.

• NSFW, illegal content, scams, misleading services, or trolling advertisements are strictly prohibited.

• The advertised service, server, or product must be real and functional.

• A valid server invite link is required, unless the advertisement is strictly for DM-based services.

• Fake services, joke ads, or intentionally vague advertisements are not allowed.

Violation of these rules may result in removal of advertising privileges or further moderation action.

9.3 Exclusive Channel Content Sharing

Boosters are allowed to screenshot and share content from exclusive booster channels, including sharing with non-boosters or posting screenshots in chat.

However:

• Mass screenshotting or reposting large portions of exclusive channels into public or non-exclusive channels is not allowed.

• Occasional screenshots (e.g. funny messages, relevant discussions) are acceptable.

• Abuse of this allowance may result in loss of booster perks or other moderation action.

  
  

10. Content License & User Conduct

10.1 User Conduct

You agree not to use Ceazy’s services or platforms to:

• Engage in illegal, harmful, discriminatory, harassing, obscene or unethical content or behaviour.

• Upload or provide content that infringes any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights).

• Impersonate another person, organisation or misrepresent your relationship with any entity.

• Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access or collect content from our systems without permission.

• Disrupt, damage, disable, overburden or impair our servers, networks or services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access or terminate projects if you breach these conduct rules.

11. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Ceazy makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the services, deliverables or any associated results.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ceazy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any losses arising out of your use of our services.

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ceazy from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Termination & Suspension

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to any services or refuse to proceed with any commission/project if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, fail to comply with platform rules, or otherwise act in a way that may harm our business or reputation.

If a project is terminated:

• You are only responsible for payment proportional to the work already completed, as defined in the Refund Policy (Section 13).

• You are not responsible for any remaining unpaid amount beyond the portion of work already completed.

• Refund eligibility depends strictly on our Refund Policy.

Sections that naturally survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) shall remain in effect.

13. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all commissions, custom projects, and service orders placed with Ceazy.

13.1 General Principles

• Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy.

• Refunds are based on the percentage of work completed relative to the total project scope.

• The upfront payment (50%) represents 50% of the total project value.

• Ceazy does not cover or reimburse external transaction fees, including but not limited to payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, or Robux transfer fees.

  
  

13.2 Refunds When the Customer Cancels

If the customer chooses to discontinue the project:

• A refund is only possible if less than 35% of the project has been completed.

• If less than 35% is completed, the customer will be refunded the unused portion of the upfront payment.

Example:

• Upfront payment = 50%

• Work completed = 30%

• Refund = 20%

If 35% or more of the project is completed, no refund will be issued.

13.3 Refunds When the Customer Is at Fault

If termination occurs due to breach of Terms, platform violations, fraud, harassment, or misconduct:

→ No refund will be issued, regardless of work completed.

13.4 Refunds When Ceazy Cancels (Without Client Fault)

If Ceazy discontinues a project for reasons not caused by the customer:

• The unused portion of the upfront payment will be refunded proportionally.

• Additional remedy or credit may be granted at Ceazy’s discretion.

  
  

13.5 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds do not apply to:

• Completed commissions

• Delivered digital assets

• Expedited delivery fees

• External transaction or transfer fees

• Sponsorships, advertisements, or giveaway purchases

• Store Credit or Product Credit rewards

  
  

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ceazy.

15. Additional Policies

You agree to abide by all standalone policies published by Ceazy, including but not limited to: Refund Policy, Staff Policy, Partnership Policy, Sponsorship Policy, Giveaway Policy, Advertising Policy.
